• You will earn 10% commission on the order value (excluding shipping costs) for each sale made through your affiliate link or discount code. Commission is calculated after any discounts are applied.
• Payouts are automatic and processed through Shopify Collabs. They will be sent to your PayPal or bank account after the 60-day holding period, which allows time for returns or refunds.
• If you receive payouts in a currency other than USD, the conversion will be handled by Shopify Collabs and is subject to their exchange rates and conversion fees.
• The Affiliate Program is managed through Shopify Collabs, where you can track your performance, including sales and commissions, via your affiliate dashboard.
• Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Addicted UK branded keywords in paid search campaigns, engaging in misleading or spammy promotional tactics, generating fake orders, or using self-referrals to earn commissions. Any violation will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
• Any fraudulent behaviour, such as generating fake orders or engaging in deceptive practices, will result in immediate removal from the program, and any pending commissions will be forfeited.
• Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on their earnings from the Affiliate Program.
• Accounts that have not generated any sales within a 6-month period may be terminated at Addicted UK’s discretion.
• Addicted UK reserves the right to end or modify the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice.
• Addicted UK may update these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or through their dashboard.
