Returns Policy

If for any reason you want to return your order, you can return it to us in a resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you would like an exchange, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

UK Returns: To make returns simple, we will provide you with a QR code that you can use to generate a return label at your local post office. There is a £3.95 charge for use of this return label which is deducted from your refund.

International Returns: If you're returning your order from outside the UK, please note that we do not provide return labels for international orders. The cost of returning your order to our UK fulfilment centre is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Briefs, trunks, swimwear and bikinis should be tried on over underwear.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund accordingly.

For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:

  • The product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
  • The tags are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned.

You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the order sent back to you at your own expense.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Orders that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your order is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have had your order for longer than this, please contact Customer Care.

Late Returns

Your order should be returned to us within the returns policy period relevant to your order. Returns sent back after the returns policy period may be accepted at our discretion.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.

Refunds

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
