Waist: Around the narrowest part of your waist.
Arm: From shoulder to wrist, keeping your arm slightly bent.
Shoulders: From shoulder tip to shoulder tip across your back.
Product length: From the top of the shoulder down to the hem.

To make returns simple, we will provide you with a QR code that you can use to generate a return label at your local post office. There is a £3.95 charge for use of this return label which is deducted from your refund.
