In addition to our standard 30 days returns policy, we offer an extended holiday season returns policy to make gift purchasing even easier. Orders placed from Monday, November 4, 2024 can be returned until Monday, January 6, 2025.
To make returns simple, we will provide you with a QR code that you can use to generate a return label at your local post office. There is a £3.95 charge for use of this return label which is deducted from your refund.
